Q: I’m not tech-savvy at all. Will this still work for me?
Absolutely. The Practice Launchpad was created for people who don’t consider themselves tech experts. I will walk alongside you teaching you "how to fish" and overcome any obstacles you meet with. Plus, you can share your screen during live calls so I can walk you through exactly what to do when you have a specific issue.
Q: What if I can’t make the live sessions?
No worries at all! Every session is recorded and uploaded for you to watch anytime. You will have the opportunity to learn from others' questions, which often answers your own!
Q: How long will it take to get everything set up?
Most people feel confident with their basic systems — website, calendar, emails — within the first 4–6 weeks if they dedicate themselves a few hours a week to learning the software between the live Q and A sessions. After that, you’ll use the remaining live calls to refine, add automations, and tweek your systems.
Q: When will I have my individual call?
When you sign up, you will get a follow-up email that has the link to purchase the software for $99 per month with a free trial, and you will get a calendar link to set up your call. I would like the individual calls to happen in November and December so we can start the group live calls in January.
Q: What software will I be using?
It is one of the number one marketing software companies in the USA but there are several knock-off companies that are not as good or are outright scams. So I will send you a link directly to the software you will need in your first email after you purchase The Practice Launchpad.
Q: What’s the difference between The Practice Launchpad and the software?
The Practice Launchpad is the training and support — where I walk alongside you as a tech tutor as you build your funnels, and organize your business.
The software is the platform where it all runs — it’s $99/month, paid directly to the software company. You’ll get your signup link in your welcome email after joining.
Q: Can I continue after six months?
This is currently a six month commitment and I am not certain at this time if I will continue after the first six months. It is highly likely that I will, but my practice is growing as well and I do not want to make any promises. You will have lifetime access to all the recordings and will continue to have access to the training and support (which is quite impressive) of the software company itself.
Q: Is there a refund policy?
Because this is a hands-on program with immediate personal access and one-on-one support, refunds aren’t available — but I promise you’ll get incredible value, clarity, and real results if you show up and use what’s provided.
Q: Can I ask questions between sessions?
Yes, but you will ask those questions through the customer service chat on the software platform. Their customer service is excellent and is open Monday through Friday from early morning until late evening.
Q: Can I transfer the domain I bought into the new software?
In most cases, yes, you can. We will cover that for your specific situation in the individual call prior to beginning the live calls.
Q: Do I need to have a practice already?
Not necessarily! If you’re still getting started, this is actually a perfect time to join. You’ll learn how to set everything up the right way from the beginning — so you can grow faster and more confidently.
Q: Will you design my website for me?
I will be guiding you-like a tutor, but I will not be designing your site or sales funnel(s). There are many templates within the software itself and that is what we will be using during the live sessions to teach you how to create your website and sales funnels. The goal is for you to know enough to create and manage the tech for your business without having to pay someone to manage it for you, until you can get your practice off the ground.
Q: What if I can't be on the live calls when they are scheduled?
I will be taking a survey of all members in December to get an idea of when the best time to do live calls might be. My goal is to have two times that are different so that everyone can be on at least one call each month.
Q: How many templates will I have to choose from?
The software has many templates loaded into the dashboard for you to choose from. I will be teaching you how to take one of those templates and make it unique to you and your business during the live calls.
Q: Will the library of step by step videos be accessable right away?
The library of step by step videos will be available the week of the first live call. I want to be sure yoyou set everything up correctly before you start creating automations so that you learn from the beginning how to do it correctly.
